Your Arena: You'll own the Storefront and Fire TV marketing execution for Prime Video's expansive live sports catalog—NBA, Thursday Night Football, NASCAR, and more. This is high-stakes, real-time marketing where every second counts. You'll launch time-sensitive campaigns, troubleshoot live during games, and optimize performance on the fly to ensure fans never miss a moment.
The Play:
- Plan and execute rapid-fire merchandising campaigns for live sporting events across Prime Video's platform
- Partner with Live Events Marketing, Creative, Product, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless game-day experiences
- QA, monitor, and optimize in real-time—because when the game is live, there's no room for error
- Drive fan engagement through strategic in-app placements and Fire TV promotions

Key job responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Operations & Planning
- Autonomously develop and manage the seasonal merchandising calendar for live sports assigned properties, anticipating operational complexity across concurrent events
- Lead high-stakes campaign execution during peak sports periods (playoffs, championships, season openers), making real-time prioritization decisions without oversight
- Design and execute A/B tests for carousel positioning, creative assets, and messaging frameworks in alignment with stakeholder teams
- Self-sufficiently schedule, publish, and QA Prime Video live sports content across PV Storefront, X-Site, and Fire TV
- Execute merchandising requests from Marketing Managers, CAMs, and Content Operations teams, proactively identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies with limited direction
Real-Time Operations & SME-Level Troubleshooting
- Establish and maintain QA standards for all live event placements, applying SME-level knowledge to catch issues
- Own the live monitoring framework during game broadcasts, driving rapid identification, escalation, and resolution of technical issues or customer-facing errors in real-time
- Verify compliance with league brand guidelines, broadcast rights requirements, and partner agreements
- Build and maintain reporting mechanisms to track execution quality, issue trends, and resolution metrics - Use AI-assisted anomaly detection and automated QA workflows to catch defects at scale during high-volume sports weekends
Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner and serve as the operational point of contact for Marketing, CAMs, Content Operations (PVCO), providing clear status communication and managing expectations on execution timelines
- Independently evaluate and prioritize competing merchandising demands across multiple stakeholder teams, making real-time business impact assessments to determine execution sequencing — including decisions to defer, decline, or escalate requests based on customer-facing risk and strategic priority
- Escalate blockers with context and recommended solutions, not just flagging problems, but proposing paths forward
Process Innovation & AI-Driven Efficiency
- Document workflows, create and maintain SOPs, and build knowledge base articles that enable team scalability
- Provide structured feedback on tooling gaps and process inefficiencies, partnering with leadership to build the case for system improvements
- Leverage existing AI tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort, applying SME judgment to validate outputs for brand and compliance standards e.g., generative AI for campaign setup, automated QA workflows)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
