Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the defined requirements. The engineer acts as the central liaison, facilitating communication and driving progress to deliver high-quality software tailored to organizational needs. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous engagement with the evolving project landscape to maintain alignment with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in managing end-to-end software development lifecycle within complex environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with integration of software components and third-party services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- This position is based at JPDC3A - NON-STPI.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
