Program/Project Management Lead

Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to define project scope, track progress, and address any challenges that arise. Effective communication and collaboration are essential to manage expectations and ensure successful outcomes across multiple teams and departments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate collaboration among diverse groups to foster a cohesive working environment. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. - Support the development and mentoring of team members to build capabilities and expertise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of application development and deployment using Spring Boot framework. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable backend services. - Familiarity with integrating Spring Boot applications with various databases and external services. - Knowledge of best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Spring Boot applications for performance and reliability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 10 year(s) of experience is required
