Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose, and continuously refining the applications to support evolving business objectives. Your role is central to creating efficient and effective software solutions that enhance operational workflows and meet organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and update documentation related to application design and configuration to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience and system efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MDG applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to master data management processes.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Good understanding of data quality management and validation rules implementation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
