Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You work within dynamic environments, applying modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration and continuous enhancement of software functionalities are key aspects of your role, enabling the organization to adapt and thrive in evolving technological landscapes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of custom software components ensuring alignment with overall system architecture.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Experience in software development lifecycle management including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and modern software frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalable software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
