Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role includes collaborating with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support team growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional activities to align project goals and deliverables effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP SD Sales Order Management. - Strong understanding of sales order processing and integration within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in customizing and configuring sales and distribution modules to meet business needs. - Proficient in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with data migration, testing, and troubleshooting within SAP environments. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SD Sales Order Management. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required
