Procurement Practice Representative

岗位职责:

负责直接及间接材料采购运营相关工作，包含:

1.负责合同管理：包括合同创建、导入申请、发布、维护等

2.负责物料及供应商信息维护

3.负责采购申请审核、采购订单创建与跟进、相关问询支持。

4.其他采购相关流程等事务性工作

职位要求:

1. 本科/大专学历，有采购、供应链、订单等相关经验或BPO经验，熟练采购软件(Ariba、SAP等)优先;

2. 精通办公软件

3.执行力强，抗压能力强

4.良好的客户服务意识及沟通能力，具备与客户内部团队及供应商沟通的能力。具备较强的跨组织沟通能力，善于团队合作

5.语言要求：英语可商务读写读写
