AMZL Senior Regional Leaders are responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for multiple facilities. Their responsibilities include managing and leading teams across various locations, coaching and mentoring to ensure performance objectives are met and building leadership bench strength within the organization. The leader in this role must be nimble, demonstrate high judgment, make quick decisions in the face of ambiguity, and be strong in innovation. In addition, they must lead their teams to have high Bias for Action, Ownership, and have the ability to Hire and Develop the Best. As we continue to grow, we will rely on smart and scalable practices to enable execution of a best-in-class operation and drive cost down.



Key job responsibilities
• Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives meet and exceed business plan.
• Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of their facilities.
• Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds leaders accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.
• Takes proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the network.
• Works closely with support staff (HR, Finance, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, Safety and other leaders) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

- 7+ years of Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations experience
- Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree
- Experience in a Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
