Key job responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and technology teams to provide legal guidance on product development, system implementation, and robotics initiatives
- Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including technology, supply chain, licensing, and deployment contracts
- Assess and advise on legal, reputational, and compliance risks related to technical architecture and program design
- Provide strategic counsel on intellectual property matters and software licensing
- Develop and implement practical solutions to support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
