Manager, Product Management - Business Experimentation & OptimizationOverviewThe Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge products and services that help our customers. Focused on thinking big and scaling quickly around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including issuers, acquirers, and merchants. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.
Test & Learn
As a member of the Business Experimentation & Optimization Product Management team, you will help shape the evolution of Test & Learn, an industry-leading experimentation platform that brings advanced analytic techniques to businesses and users around the world. Test & Learn development today spans front-end, analytic, and technical investments; the team is rapidly building new products, improving existing capabilities, and expanding how Test & Learn is delivered to clients.
Position Responsibilities
• Own and drive product workstreams leveraging customer research, market insights, usage data, business priorities and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities and inform product roadmap decisions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, client delivery, and regional product teams to deliver scalable product capabilities, strengthen go-to-market readiness, and support adoption across target customer segments.
• Support product transformation initiatives, including platform enhancements and new capabilities identifying opportunities where AI can enhance experimentation, measurement, optimisation, and customer value.
• Serve as a trusted product partner for regional and market-facing teams, providing guidance on product capabilities, customer use cases, roadmap direction and priorities.
• Contribute to go-to-market readiness by helping define product positioning, sales enablement materials, and launch plans.
• Coach and mentor junior team members fostering collaboration, accountability, and strong product management practices.
All About You
• Experience in product management, product strategy or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering product enhancements and new capabilities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs, market insights, and business priorities into actionable product plans.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in enhancing SaaS products, customer experiences, and business outcomes.
• Awareness of commercial considerations, with an understanding of how product decisions impact customer adoption and growth.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritisation, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
• Experience with analytics, experimentation, SaaS products or Retail & Commerce merchants is a plus.
