Role: GlobalScape MFT Support Engineer
Experience: 3–8 Years

Primary Skill: GlobalScape-eFT (MFT)
Secondary Skills: SFTP, PGP, Windows, ServiceNow, ITIL, EDI/B2B Integration Support

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for GlobalScape EFT/MFT platforms
Monitor and troubleshoot file transfer failures
Manage SFTP, FTPS, FTP, HTTPS, PGP, and certificates
Support trading partner onboarding and connectivity testing
Handle incidents, service requests, RCA, and changes
Maintain SOPs, operational reports, and support documentation
Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and business teams
Required Skills
Hands-on GlobalScape EFT/MFT administration and support
SFTP, FTPS, FTP, HTTPS, PGP, SSL/TLS Certificates
Windows Server administration
Basic Linux knowledge
ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
Preferred Skills
AMS / Production Support
EDI/B2B Integrations
PowerShell or Shell scripting
