Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. You engage in creating seamless experiences that align with client needs, while continuously exploring and integrating emerging technologies. Your work supports innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, all within a collaborative and agile environment focused on cloud-first approaches.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full technology stack.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
