Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. The position also includes designing new operating models that align with strategic goals and supporting organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases. Additionally, the Business Architect plays a crucial role in steering the execution of significant initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities throughout the process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into functional specifications.
- Ability to design and implement business solutions that integrate with technology platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
