Summary:
As a Custom Application Architect, a typical day involves designing the architecture for custom software systems that align with business objectives. This role requires translating complex business requirements into technical frameworks that are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet organizational goals while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and ensuring that the applications support evolving business needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of custom application architectures that meet business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity in project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles, including scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Experience with integration techniques and APIs to connect custom applications with existing systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices in architecture design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions in a collaborative environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
