Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and define the requirements necessary for developing tailored software solutions. This role includes designing applications that align with business processes and objectives, ensuring that the solutions effectively address organizational needs. The position requires continuous engagement with project teams to refine application designs and support the implementation of innovative software that enhances operational efficiency and meets evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software design with business goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their development and integration into project tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment best practices.
- Experience with scalable and secure cloud solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools within cloud environments.
- Capability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
