Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and delivering timely resolutions to ensure continuous system performance and reliability. Collaboration with different teams and stakeholders is a key part of the daily routine, enabling the smooth operation of critical applications and supporting business continuity through effective problem-solving and system analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system stability and performance by analyzing recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding them through complex problem-solving scenarios.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Build Process Automation.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and architectural design principles.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues within enterprise environments.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable automation solutions that align with business objectives.
- Familiarity with integration of automation tools across diverse technology stacks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Automation Architecture.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
