Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. The role includes coding and enhancing various components within systems or applications, ensuring they are scalable and perform efficiently. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to agile methodologies are integral parts of the daily workflow, enabling continuous improvement and timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture, DevOps Architecture, Angular, Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps Architecture, Angular, Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles and AWS service offerings.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications and infrastructure.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
