As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding and supporting teams throughout the design and delivery phases, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The position focuses on aligning software performance and scalability with the broader business goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to meet project objectives effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies, Snowflake Schema, Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Snowflake Schema, Python (Programming Language).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable data models tailored to complex business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data structures for performance and efficiency.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data models within software architectures.
- Familiarity with best practices in data governance and quality assurance related to data modeling.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at client onsite locations within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
