Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the workflow and driving successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks to improve software reliability and efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for automation and optimization.
- Familiarity with various testing tools and methodologies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automated test scripts and environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
