Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design, development, and configuration of software applications while coordinating with various stakeholders. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and serving as the main liaison between technical teams and clients. The position demands proactive problem-solving, facilitating collaboration among team members, and driving the successful delivery of application solutions that meet organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and technologies related to .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
