Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a focus on understanding the needs of the business and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to adapt to evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously update technical skills and stay informed about industry trends to improve application development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable web applications.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Ability to work with databases and write efficient queries to support application functionality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at CDC2A - SEZ.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
