Would you like to be part of a team that is redefining the IT industry? Amazon Web Services (AWS) is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for a passionate, self-driven candidate for an exciting new role within our Partner Acceleration Initiatives (PAI). The AWS Partner Organization is looking for a WW Co-Sell Initiatives Manager to drive the strategy and execution for market-leading Programs designed to differentiate highly skilled, trusted AWS Partners in this era of rapid technological transformation.

This role sits at the intersection of partner experience, seller compensation, and product strategy for PAI. You'll build deep expertise in how PAI mechanisms work end-to-end, and use that knowledge to shape policy, influence tooling and feature roadmaps, and drive improvements that scale across the program. Partnering with the Shared Services Delivery Lead and Engineering Strategy Lead, you'll ensure PAI's voice is embedded in cross-functional planning and engineering investment decisions, translating program needs into actionable priorities that improve outcomes for both partners and sellers.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the strategic direction of PAI program mechanisms, continuously evolving how PAI drives partner experience, scales efficiently, and delivers measurable business outcomes.

- Drive innovative strategies to evolve both existing and net new mechanisms and recommend simplified solutions to partner challenges, including the execution of a cross-functional strategy to streamline program operations

- Serve as the go-to expert on how PAI works end-to-end, advising leadership on complex program challenges, surfacing insights others miss, and turning them into actionable improvements.

- Define the "what" and "why" behind program improvements by authoring business and technical requirements, success criteria, and process designs, then partner with the Engineering Strategy Lead to bring them to life.

- Represent PAI across Global Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Partner Systems, and other key stakeholders, influencing cross-functional decisions and building alignment that advances program priorities.

- Drive business development impact by identifying how PAI mechanisms can unlock new partner engagement models, accelerate co-sell motions, and expand program reach to drive revenue growth.

- Serve as a trusted partner-facing point of contact for PAI program matters, translating partner feedback into program improvements and ensuring the partner voice is reflected in how mechanisms are designed, launched, and refined.
