Product Specialist, Product Management, Global Consumer Credit Commercialization

Overview
Mastercard’s Global Consumer Credit team is responsible for developing and commercializing consumer credit products, value propositions, and related capabilities that help our partners drive portfolio growth, deepen cardholder engagement, and deliver differentiated consumer experiences. The team supports a broad set of global priorities for affluent and non-affluent consumer credit products, including key value propositions such as The Mastercard Collection, and focuses on sales enablement, customer engagement, market insights, and performance tracking.
Role
The Product Specialist will support the execution of global commercialization priorities for consumer credit products. This role will help to create sales enablement materials, support customer engagement efforts, identify actionable insights, assist with marketing strategies, and maintain reporting.
In this role, you will:
• Support the execution of the global consumer credit commercialization strategy for affluent and non-affluent credit products.
• Develop, maintain, and refresh sales enablement materials, commercialization toolkits, customer-facing narratives, and internal education materials that help regional teams and account managers with positioning Mastercard consumer credit products effectively.
• Support critical consumer credit RFPs and strategic customer meetings by coordinating inputs, compiling insights, and helping to create clear and compelling materials in partnership with cross-functional contributors.
• Help build customer and segment-specific materials that communicate the value of Mastercard consumer credit products, including value proposition articulation, issuer benefits, cardholder benefits, product differentiation, and commercial relevance.
• Support the development of case studies, proof points, success stories, and examples that demonstrate the value and impact of Mastercard consumer credit products and commercialization initiatives.
• Track market, issuer, and competitor activity across affluent and non-affluent credit, synthesizing relevant trends and insights into clear summaries that can inform sales enablement, RFP responses, and commercialization recommendations.
• Maintain commercialization trackers, KPI reporting, pipeline views, and other tools that improve visibility into consumer credit commercialization activity, regional progress, sales enablement needs, and business performance.
• Extract and analyze performance data, market information, and regional feedback to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and recommendations that support commercialization execution.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of repeatable commercialization processes, tools, templates, and knowledge resources that increase consistency, quality, and scalability across global and regional teams.
• Coordinate operating activity for global consumer credit commercialization, including recurring updates, regional input collection, action tracking, and material refresh updates.
• Support leadership updates, business reviews, internal communications, and stakeholder materials by synthesizing complex inputs into clear, concise, well-structured outputs.
• Support ad hoc strategic and executional requests.
• Partner cross-functionally with global and regional Product, Sales, Marketing, Services, Finance, Legal, regional teams.
About You
• Experience supporting commercialization, sales enablement, strategy, or consulting is preferred.
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate inputs across stakeholders, maintain high-quality outputs, and deliver work on time in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical orientation, with the ability to maintain trackers, synthesize data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, structured, outputs that can be adapted for internal and customer-facing audiences.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain tools, templates, trackers, reporting, content repositories, and governance processes that support consistent execution across teams.
• Comfortable working across global, regional, and matrixed teams with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a willingness to take ownership of defined workstreams, propose solutions, and follow through to completion.
• Demonstrates curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex business topics.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
