Visa will accept applications for this role until at least 10-29-2026Job Description
The Opportunity
We’re building something different.
Our team is creating an AI-powered product development platform that transforms how Visa designs, builds and ships products. This toolchain uses a multi-agent architecture to guide product teams from early ideas to production-ready releases, with AI-driven feedback built into every step.
Today, the platform includes:
- Multiple specialized AI agents and structured workflow stages
- Integrated connections to other organizational agentic systems as well as traditional LOB applications
- The ability to generate structured, machine-readable product artifacts that build a robust product knowledge base and feed directly into modern development workflows
We’re looking for a senior product manager who doesn’t just define products—but helps build them. Someone who thrives in fast iteration cycles, partners closely with engineers, and is motivated to improve how product teams work every day.
What You’ll Do
- Build what you use
Work directly within the toolchain as a daily user. Identify friction points in real time and rapidly ship improvements. - Shape how we build products at Visa. At Visa scale.
Leverage your product management experience to solve emerging challenges such as context management, flexible agentic workflows, scaled commercialization, etc. - Obsess about product manager experience
Our customers are Visa product managers, they need to not only leverage the tool chain but also love it and learn from it. You will immerse yourself in their experience and optimize their user journey through adoption, training, usage and even contribution back into the tool chain. - Expand the platform’s capabilities
Partner with teams across Risk, Legal, Marketing, Customer Support, and Engineering to design and launch new workflows, agents, and capabilities. - Use data to continuously improve
Track adoption, usage patterns, and drop-off points. Use insights to prioritize enhancements and drive measurable improvements in productivity and outcomes. - Drive ecosystem integrations
Identify and prioritize integrations across Visa’s platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Dynamics, internal systems) to reduce manual work and improve product team efficiency.
Qualifications
Who You Are
- A product builder
You have experience taking products from idea to launch and understand what it takes to deliver solutions that customers actually use and value. - Highly collaborative
You elevate those around you, work effectively across functions, and focus on shared outcomes over individual recognition. - User-focused and empathetic
You can simplify complex tools and concepts, helping others build confidence and capability without intimidation. - Thoughtful about AI
You have hands-on experience with generative AI tools and understand both their strengths and limitations. You’re excited about applying AI in practical, high-impact ways. - Comfortable working close to technology
You’re familiar working in technical environments—reviewing code, using version control, or collaborating closely with engineers—even if you’re not a full-time developer.
Experience
- 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of at least one product from early development through launch
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., building workflows, automations, or prototypes)
- Familiarity working in technical environments (e.g., reading code, using Git, working with APIs or command-line tools)
- Experience in large, regulated or enterprise environments is a plus
- Knowledge of payments or fintech is helpful but not required
