The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Do you spend your time thinking about how technology can transform industries? Are you passionate about building compelling stories that inspire customers, sales teams, and partners? Have you embraced the full power of AI to transform marketers from doers to makers?
Do you want to collaborate with an incredible team of product marketers to rewrite the playbook for enterprise technology marketing? If so, please read on.
We are looking for a thoughtful, talented, and experienced Industry Product Marketing Manager to join our team.
You will drive awareness of how Salesforce helps our customers succeed, solves industry-specific problems, and creates the foundation for future business success in the era of the agentic enterprise.
Successful candidates will be part strategist, part human, and part AI orchestrator. Working closely with Product GMs, Product Managers, and our Sales organization, you will shape the comprehensive go-to-market plan by providing the north star on positioning, messaging, narrative, and compelling supporting content. You’ll bring a unique blend of product marketing expertise, solution acumen, and a drive for augmenting how things get done with AI.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Strategy
Set the vision and industry-level narrative that drives awareness, adoption, and inspires the market
Leverage AI-driven market signals, competitive intelligence, and customer engagement data to continuously refine messaging and positioning in near real-time
Craft a positioning strategy and broader narrative that articulates the vision for our Industry Clouds
Lead core product marketing strategy with AI tools, handling first-pass execution; owning quality, coherence, and competitive differentiation
Direct the strategy and quality bar for AI-assisted sales content and demos, with a focus on differentiation and customer relevance
Drive a robust communications plan to align stakeholders inside and outside of marketing around marketing programs
Messaging, Content, and Events
Translate product functionality into clear, differentiated customer value propositions and product marketing messages
Lead the collaboration and coordination with customers/account teams to bring customer success stories to life at first and 3rd party events, demand generation webinars, across the website, and in thought leadership
Regularly present at events, delivering our messages and success stories with clarity and compelling audiences to take action
Orchestrate AI-assisted content programs across specialist teams and set the editorial and strategic direction while AI accelerates production
Collaborate with our Strategic Events and Field Marketing teams to develop an event content strategy designed to elevate our industry's product innovation, demos, and customer success
Own the workflows for using AI tools to produce first-draft messaging, sales content, and enablement materials at scale; act as editor and strategic reviewer rather than sole author
GTM, Launches, and Enablement
Partner across various marketing, product, and distribution teams to develop cohesive go-to-market plans and launches for Salesforce Industry Cloud products, leveraging a robust AI toolkit to drive scale and speed time to market.
Curate and govern a library of AI-generated enablement assets; building the judgment frameworks sales teams need to adapt and deploy them
Help sales, events, and campaign teams understand how to use AI-generated marketing assets effectively and consistently
Pilot and scale AI-assisted go-to-market motions (e.g., personalized content paths, dynamic sales tools) in partnership with marketing ops and product teams
Support product launch plans to ensure effective demand generation, sales enablement, and ongoing market relevance
Engage with Launch Marketing, Analyst, and Press Relations teams to drive thought leadership and maintain competitive relevance
Position Requirements:
Team-oriented, innovative, and experienced product marketing professional with proven ability to lead through influence
Equivalent of 5+ years of product marketing or related experience (SaaS experience is a strong plus)
Proven ability to translate market needs into product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy
Experience launching new products globally and scaling them into mature businesses
Strong track record of setting and executing effective marketing strategies while navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
Familiarity and proven ability to use a variety of AI tools, including prompt engineering and developing detailed AI playbooks.
Establish AI prompt and content governance guardrails and review processes to ensure AI-generated content meets brand, legal, and accuracy standards for the Education industry
Working knowledge of Gemini, NotebookLM, Claude, WriterAI, Slackbot, and Agentforce is key.

Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships
Experience with the customer engagement lifecycle and Salesforce CRM applications a plus
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and AI to drive decisions and measure success
Ability to craft compelling positioning, content, and thought leadership
