About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Applications will be accepted until 10/31/2026.

About the Role
Salesforce is looking for an experienced Solution Engineer to join our Commercial Tech, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) business unit. In this U.S.-based role, you will serve as a specialized Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB) domain authority while providing core presales support across the full Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) Quote-to-Cash suite.
Partnering closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, your primary focus will be driving billing transformation, though you'll seamlessly navigate end-to-end ARM solutions (quoting, order management, and revenue lifecycle). You will design high-impact demos, guide migration pathways from legacy CPQ and billing tools, and elevate revenue expertise across the broader Solution Engineering team.

What You'll Do
  • Lead Billing & Support ARM: Serve as the primary technical specialist for Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB) across TMT accounts, while providing foundational solution engineering support across the broader Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) suite.
  • Deliver End-to-End Demos: Lead discovery and build tailored demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and presentations anchored in ARB monetization while connecting seamlessly back into the upstream ARM Quote-to-Cash story.
  • Architect Migration Pathways: Map clear, credible transition strategies for customers moving off legacy platforms—including legacy Salesforce CPQ, legacy Salesforce Billing, Zuora, Oracle, and NetSuite—to modern ARB and ARM architectures.
  • Guide Monetization Strategy: Advise enterprise customers on complex billing evolution, including subscription models, consumption/usage-based pricing, media licensing, and Telecom rating/mediation.
  • Bridge Tech & Finance: Translate revenue recognition rules (ASC 606 / IFRS 15), deferred revenue schedules, and downstream ERP integrations into modern platform designs.
  • Force Multiply & Influence: Mentor fellow Solution Engineers on ARB/ARM best practices, while serving as the voice of the customer to Product Management to shape future billing and revenue roadmaps.

What You Bring
  • Experience: 5+ years in Solution Engineering, presales, or a technical revenue operations role within High Tech, Media, or Telecommunications.
  • Product Expertise: Deep technical focus on Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB), complemented by working knowledge and support capabilities in Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM), legacy Salesforce CPQ, and legacy Salesforce Billing.
  • Architectural Mindset: Understanding of how legacy CPQ/Billing models transition into native ARM and ARB objects and workflows.
  • Financial Acumen: Knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles and how billing events feed financial subledgers and ERPs (e.g., NetSuite).
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid grasp of TMT monetization patterns, such as metered usage/consumption, Telecom rating engines, and media rights pricing.
  • Stakeholder Execution: Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and present confidently to audiences ranging from billing architects to C-suite executives.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience executing implementations, demos, or migrations involving ARB, ARM, legacy Salesforce CPQ/Billing, or competing platforms (Zuora, Oracle Billing, Aria Systems).
  • Official Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud / Billing credentials).
  • Track record of building presales enablement assets, demo environments, or competitive migration guides.

Why Salesforce
We aren't just building software — we are helping TMT industry leaders redefine how they monetize and scale in a rapidly shifting economy. As a Billing Specialist supporting our ARM suite, you will sit at the center of one of Salesforce's highest-growth strategic product areas, backed by world-class resources, an innovative culture, and the support to do the best work of your career.
