How will you make an impact?
The 6 month internship in Clinical Operations is designed to offer you the opportunity to develop insight into clinical research, master your skills while conducting meaningful work within the team. The programme framework is crafted to allow you to grow professionally, learning invaluable skills to help you kick start your career!
This is an office-based internship located in our Warsaw office and requires availability for a full-time, 8-hour working day.
What you will do?
As part of the Clinical Operations, you will work closely as a team, providing support and ideas for day to day activities. You will collaborate with senior colleagues and have a “training on the job” experience. Your engagement and level of dedication will ensure that our project teams would receive the administrative and technical support they needs. You will have a mentor who will help you navigate through our organization and processes and receive the best support, which will ensure you are on your way to reaching your goals.
Being part of the Clinical Operations team, you will be introduced to many diverse parts of the company and to other interns across Europe. You will have a wide portfolio of exciting tasks to complete. Plus test your natural curiosity in providing administrative and technical support to the team proactively, educating yourself about the clinical research industry and master your skills to measure your business progress.
How will you get here?
- You are a recent graduate or final-stage student in Life Sciences, such as Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, Chemistry, Nursing, or a related field.
- Postgraduate or specialist education in Clinical Research or Clinical Trials is an advantage, but previous Clinical Operations experience is not required.
- You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
- You are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn, with strong learning agility.
- You are available to work full-time, 8 hours per day, from our Warsaw office for the duration of the internship.
