Our Team

The Eurasia Pharma Medical team is a dynamic and collaborative group dedicated to advancing medical excellence across the region. At the heart of our operations, the Medical Team Coordinator plays a vital role in enabling the Medical Leadership Team to focus on what matters most — driving meaningful impact for patients and healthcare professionals. By ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination, communication, and administrative operations, this role is a key contributor to the team's overall effectiveness and success.

Main Responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Pharma Medical Head Eurasia & Country Medical Lead, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting

• Support the preparation of presentations by gathering relevant content and coordinating with team members

• Organize and facilitate meetings and events, including preparation of event documentation

• Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion

Coordination & Communication

• Create and collect content for internal and external communication channels

• Gather updates and innovations from the medical team and share them across relevant platforms

• Coordinate medical projects and support the execution of medical activities

• Help organize team-building and engagement events to foster a positive and cohesive team culture

• Liaise with external agencies and communication teams

Purchase Order & Contract Management

• Open, manage, and track purchase orders for medical team services

• Verify invoices and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner

• Support contract preparation and digital contract management processes

About You

Experience: Background in a corporate environment in administrative, coordination, event management, or communications roles

Soft skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, growth mindset, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and confident using digital tools and platforms

Education: University degree required; a background in Pharmacy or being a newly graduated pharmacist is preferred

Languages: Full professional proficiency in both English and Turkish
