technology. Our digital initiatives focus on enhancing operational efficiency, improving patient outcomes and delivering best in class workplace experiences. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workday Security Expert to oversee and manage the security framework of our Workday system.

This role focuses on monitoring, auditing, and ensuring compliance with security policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a secure Workday environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday security principles and compliance standards but will not be directly responsible for system configuration.

Main responsibilities:

  • Access Management and Monitoring: Govern user access management to the Workday system, ensuring adherence to role-based access control (SOX) principles. Conduct regular reviews of user roles, permissions, and access levels to ensure compliance with organizational policies. Collaborate with People and 

  • Culture and Digital teams to validate access requests, approvals, and terminations. Compliance and Audit Support: Prepare for internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports. Lead and conduct periodic security audits to identify potential risks or violations. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR, SOX.

  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Support: Partner with P&C, Digital, and other business units to address security-related concerns. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on security requirements.

  • Reporting and Risk Analysis: Generate reports on user access trends, exceptions, and audit findings. Analyze security incidents or anomalies and recommend corrective actions.

  • Training and Documentation: Educate end-users on Workday security policies, best practices, and procedures. Maintain detailed documentation of security processes, audit findings, and compliance activities. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and facilitate UAT to ensure security configurations meet stakeholder expectations and requirements.

About you:

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience with Workday Security, 5+ years’ Experience supporting audits or compliance initiatives.

  • Technical Skills: Workday Security Pro certification is required. Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX.

  • Education: Master's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and recommend effective solutions.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships 
    and work effectively within cross-functional teams.

  • Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of 
    conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
