  • Provide timely, well-informed responses to bespoke advisor and client requests and questions regarding structure, process, regulations, inventory, and execution.
  • Participate in advisor and client meetings, both virtual and in‑person, to communicate portfolio updates, performance, and market insights.
  • Partner with Real Estate investment teams and internal stakeholders to develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and sales strategies across global Private Wealth channels.
  • Provide consistent investment, performance, and market updates to Private Wealth sales teams, financial advisors, and end clients.
  • Support the completion and coordination of due diligence questionnaires related to 1031 exchange‑eligible real estate products within Private Wealth, partnering closely with investment teams, legal, compliance, tax, and risk stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent responses covering product structure, tax considerations, investment strategy, risk management, and operational processes for advisor and client review.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Strategy, Investor Services, Compliance, and Business Development to support broader platform initiatives.
  • Monitor competitive dynamics across private real estate, tax‑advantaged structures, and alternative investment vehicles relevant to 1031 investors.
  • Support and mentor junior team members contributing to product coverage and client support.
  • Travel as needed for client engagement, due diligence meetings, and industry events.

Qualifications
