Job Responsibilities

Handle mutual fund account opening and maintenance processes.

Process mutual fund transactions, account reconciliations, and related operational activities.

Execute operational tasks with fund companies and central securities depositories/platforms.

Provide client service and resolve inquiries or operational issues.

Assist in project planning and implementation.

Perform system operations and testing for onshore mutual funds, including ETFs.

Experience with ETF-related operations is preferred.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Associate 2 (A2): 3 to 5 years of experience in shareholder services, client servicing, or operations within asset management companies, banks, or securities firms.

Senior Associate (SA): 7 to 10 years of experience in shareholder services operations within the asset management industry.

Intermediate English proficiency; speaking and listening skills are preferred.

Relevant asset management or investment trust and consulting certifications are required.

Proactive and enthusiastic, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong learning agility and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented, patient, and able to perform well under pressure.
