Why this role is important to us

SSTB Relationship Manager is a critical role - main focus will be driving business growth through relationship management with Japanese asset owners, asset managers, etc. The responsibilities include relationship growth, commercial and contractual matters, and ensuring thought leadership and product expertise are accessible to clients. The role involves joint accountability with client service leads to support investment servicing needs and strategic objectives.

What you will be responsible for

· Revenue targets derived from product expansion and share of wallet expansion

· Perusing self-improvement to deliver better solutions for assigned clients and work with senior team members to take over required knowledge and know-how

· Managing service levels and financial metrics for assigned client base. Provides analysis and develops solutions with various teams including product, finance, service teams to maintain client satisfaction across all State Street services

· Establishing and maintaining extensive client contact

· Acting as the escalation point to resolve business/service issues in cooperation with senior team members

Who we are looking for

Seasoned professional with Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, Japanese/English bilingual (written/verbal) and minimum of 5 years of experience in the asset servicing industry
