Who we are looking for 

As an Associate 2, you will play a key role within the Dealing Services Team, supporting the Officer, Assistant Vice President and senior managers in ensuring client expectations, regulatory requirements, and operational standards are consistently met. You will be responsible for executing and overseeing key processes and controls to deliver efficient, accurate, and high-quality service to clients. This role requires strong knowledge of Transfer Agency Dealing Services, including trade placement, transaction processing, settlement oversight, and associated cash movement activities. Familiarity with Fund Administration and the wider Transfer Agency operating model is highly desirable.

What you will be responsible for 

As an Associate 2, you will: 

  • Support the Dealing Services team in delivering excellent client service across a broad range of operational activities, including trade placement, trade processing, settlements, cash movement activities, and related Transfer Agency functions. 

  • Assist with client management to ensure satisfaction with Dealing Services and operational support provided.  

  • Provide guidance and support to more junior team members as needed.  

  • Develop expertise in Transfer Agency dealing processes relating to subscriptions, redemptions, trade execution, settlement oversight, and associated cash movements.  

  • Ensure trades are accurately processed and settled within agreed deadlines while adhering to fund prospectuses, client requirements, and market cut-offs.  

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements relating to information security, operational risk, anti-fraud, and other defined standards.  

  • Contribute to the risk management framework by adhering to controls and escalating issues proactively.  

  • Participate in department-wide projects and support local team initiatives as required.

Education & Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).  

  • Experience with relevant tools and systems is desirable.
