Job Summary

In this Payments‑focused Finance Coordinator role, you will support accurate and timely financial operations across our Shared Service Center. You will contribute to payment processing, financial reporting, and analysis activities that enable effective decision‑making. This evergreen position welcomes candidates with a range of experience levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute payments and support daily payment‑related tasks
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data
  • Prepare reports and analyses to support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
  • Perform variance analysis and investigate irregularities
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial tools, dashboards, and documentation
  • Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and workflow coordination within the team
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues where applicable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in finance operations, payments, or Shared Service Center environments
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience with international payments is an advantage
