Job Description
セールス、サービスサポートオペレーショングループ員として、社内外顧客と良好な関係を保ちながら、多岐にわたる営業事務、一般事務業務を遂行します。
但し、当部署は広範囲に渡るサポートを提供しているため、部署内での担当業務の変更の可能性があります。
Responsibilities:
- 社内基幹システム上の顧客情報、装置情報、エンジニア情報、その他マスターデータ管理業務
- パーツ販売、サービス修理依頼に対する、見積作成、受注、パーツ配送手配、事務処理、経理処理を迅速に正確に行う
- 保守契約書、見積書、請求書、注文書、購入、支払申請その他帳票類作成、発行などの営業事務関連業務
- 保守契約、オンコール条件を把握し、条件に準じたサービスレベル別の手配、請求、売上処理
- 売掛金回収
- 業務改善プロジェクト参加
- エンジニアのサポート
- 社内コンプライアンス順守（SOX, Legal etc）
Experience / Other Requirements
- 営業事務経験3年以上
- 変化の多い環境でのマルチタスクと正確性
- 自発性、口頭及び書面でのプロ意識と礼節を保ったコミュニケーション力を含むソフトスキル
- Microsoft Officeの操作 （エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント）
- ビジネスレベルの英語力 TOEIC 700以上か同等レベル
Educational Qualifications:
- 大学卒業以上が望ましい
