. As Laboratory Team Leader, you'll coordinate and oversee formulation and analytical activities while ensuring compliance with GMP standards and client expectations. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, as you'll guide a team of analysts while conducting sophisticated analytical work supporting product development, stability testing, and method validation.
You'll manage laboratory operations, from coordinating testing schedules to resolving complex analytical challenges. Working with advanced instrumentation, you'll ensure the highest quality standards in testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
