Location/Division Specific Information 

Join our BioProduction Group (BPG) in North America , where you'll be part of a dynamic team driving the future of biopharma production. 

Discover Impactful Work: 

As a Key Account Manager, you'll align our world-class bioproduction portfolio to support customer goals, ensuring flawless execution and growth. 

A day in the Life: 

  • Manage and expand strategic relationships with Key biopharmaceutical customers. 
  • Drive revenue growth through central initiatives and technology adoption. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for coordinated solutions. 

Keys to Success: 

  • Outstanding critical thinking and proven global account management skills. 
  • Ability to foster long-term relationships and successfully implement account plans. 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with equivalent experience. 

Experience 

  • Minimum of 8+ years in bioprocessing or life sciences sales. 
  • Proven leadership experience preferred
  • Proven success managing large strategic accounts in the biopharma or CDMO space. 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities 

  • Strong technical knowledge of upstream and downstream processes. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. 

Physical Requirements / Work Environment 

This role involves standard office work, with regular travel to client sites and industry events.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $143,900.00–$215,900.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
