We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Bulgaria, where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive office and facilities management support to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organized workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

Facilities and Workplace Management

  • Liaise with building management, facilities providers, and external vendors.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and health and safety requirements.
  • Monitor workplace standards and ensure office facilities are fully operational.
  • Manage access cards, keys, visitor logs, and security procedures.

Vendor and Supplier Management

  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Coordinate service requests and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking for office-related services.
  • Monitor vendor performance and resolve service issues.

Employee Support

  • Act as a primary point of contact for workplace-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including workstation setup.
  • Manage meeting room preparation.
  • Support with organizing employee events, meetings, and workplace engagement activities.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience

  • Secondary school diploma or Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred)
  • Relevant experience in office administration, workplace coordination, facilities management, or a similar role.
  • Experience managing vendors and office services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
