We have a vacancy for a Procurement Assistant in our Global Clinical Supplies Team.
A day in the life:
Responsible for supporting procurement and financial processes related to clinical supplies vendors. The role involves creating purchase requisitions, managing purchase orders, processing invoices, and resolving procurement-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Supports Vendor Management through accurate financial tracking, and invoice issues reporting.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders (POs)
Monitor PO lifecycle and resolve discrepancies
Perform receipt and validation of vendor invoices
Support invoice reconciliation
Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Ensure compliance with procurement and financial procedures
Qualifications and experience
Advance English and good communication skills both written and verbal
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years) in clinical trials or supply chain
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently with moderate direct supervision
Ability to utilize proper channels of communications to voice concerns and suggestion
