Job Description

Job Title: Leader QC Technician

Reports To:  Quality Manager

Group/Division:  China Operation

Career Band: Band IV

Position Location:  CMC factory, Guangzhou, PRC

Position Summary: (1-2 sentences)

Key Responsibilities: (Bullets)

  • Consistently accept good product and reject defective product.
  • Follow the inspection instruction; provide accurate and complete description of defective and rejection report.
  • Make and keep accurate and complete record.
  • Communicate with supervisor and production line for any product quality concern.
  • Find quality problems and trace back to the production process
  • Keep monitoring and auditing any nonconformance to the WI, Skill metrics etc.
  • Handling customer complaint and maintain a completely record
  • Receive and send customer complaint parts and operate in SAP system

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)

  • College diploma; engineering related background is preferable.
  • 3 years above experience in manufacturing environment; instrumentation industry is preferable;
  • Practical experience in measuring and inspection;
  • Familiar with gauges and tools;
  • Knowledge of instrumentation (e.g. measuring devices, medical devices) is preferable.
  • Workable verbal English, can write, read English Emails.
  • Internal auditor 9001&13485 certified.
  • Experience to handle customer complaints.
