Job Description

Summarized Purpose: 
Manages complex translation project process flows throughout its complete life cycle. Assigns and manages the work of linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers. 
Essential Functions and Other Job Information: 

 Implements complex project requirements, and proposing best customer project solutions. 
 Plans, schedules, and performs risk management of complex projects. 
 Tracks project progress to ensure quality, deliveries, and cost remain within the 
agreed scope. 
 Manages day to day relationship with client on complex project matters; 
including status reports/meetings and project solutions. 
 Facilitates effective communcation with project team. 
 Ensures completion of all project-driven administation and financial processes. 
 Collects KPI data for assigned clients. 
 Drives innovation to project the project managment process. 
Job Complexity Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

Supervision Received 
Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. 
Business Relationships 
Represents the department as a prime contact on projects. Interacts with internal 
and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between functional areas. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
