Training Specialist, US ADC Security

Amazon's Security team is looking for a Security Training Specialist to own the security education and awareness program for a U.S. Government program building a classified AI Factory. We believe security is everyone's job, and that starts with training that people actually remember. In this role you build and deliver initial indoctrination, annual refresher, and specialized briefings — courier, foreign travel, insider threat, and information-systems security — and you keep the record of truth for completions, acknowledgments, and non-disclosure agreements. You will partner with program security officers, personnel security, and our Government counterparts, submitting curricula for approval and continually raising the bar on how a cleared workforce understands and lives its security responsibilities. This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Key job responsibilities
Build and deliver initial indoctrination, re-indoctrination, and annual security awareness briefings.
Develop specialized briefings (courier, foreign travel, AIS, insider threat) as needed.
Track training completion, acknowledgments, and NDAs; maintain the training record of truth.
Submit initial and annual curricula to the Government PSO for approval.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience designing and developing training content including instructor-led materials, job aids and other resources
- 3+ years of security training or security education program experience.
- Knowledge of ICD 704 training requirements and classified-handling procedures.
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering U.S. Government/IC security briefings.
- Instructional-design or adult-learning experience
- Security certification (e.g., SFPC)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
