Job Description

Location: Banglaore / Mumbai / Gurgaon

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

The Senior Program Manager will be a member of the LinkedIn Sales Solutions – Program Management Office reporting to the Chief of Staff to the Global Vice President for Sales, LinkedIn Sales Solutions who is also the Managing Director for LinkedIn's APAC business.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to act as a partner and advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Trust, Information Security, Business Development, and other functions. LinkedIn Sales Solutions is launching a new product and the primary focus of the role will be to lead program management across pilot execution, commercialization, and general availability readiness, helping the business translate pilot learnings into coordinated product, go-to-market, operational, and customer-readiness plans. 

This role will operate at the systems level across a globally distributed set of workstreams. The Senior Program Manager will establish clear governance, surface cross-program risks and dependencies, drive decisions through the appropriate forums, and keep leaders and working teams aligned on outcomes, ownership, milestones, and success measures. 

The role is based in India and will require regular collaboration across India, Singapore, and North American time zones. Some travel may be required (1-2 trips per year). 

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with India, APAC, and global leaders, workstream owners, cross-functional partners, and executive stakeholders. 
  • Own and maintain the integrated new product program plan across pilot phases, commercialization, and general availability readiness, with clear milestones, decision points, dependencies, owners, and success measures. 
  • Design and operate effective program governance, including cross-functional program-team forums that surface system-level issues and executive steering forums that resolve risks, dependencies, blockers, and trade-offs.  
  • Maintain a clear view of risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and opportunities; develop practical recommendations; and drive timely escalation and resolution, driving the communications cadence, coordinating dependencies across workstreams, and ensuring readiness across pilot customers. 
  • Ensure workstreams are appropriately scoped and resourced, with clear decision rights, accountable owners, and engaged working-team members. 
  • Own updates to senior stakeholders, including progress against milestones, highlights and lowlights, key risks, and actions required. 
  • Translate commercial model and customer pilot learnings into coordinated readiness plans for product scalability, customer experience, sales execution, operational processes, reporting, and launch communications. 
  • Over time, extend program management support to other strategic LinkedIn Sales Solutions priorities.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of industry experience in the technology or internet sector, or in management consulting. 
  • BA or BS degree. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex programs or projects across multiple cross-functional teams. 
  • Experience working in a global role and proven ability to work effectively in a complex, global, matrixed organization across functions, geographies, and time zones.
  • Experience leading a complex product commercialization, go-to-market, or launch-readiness program from pilot through general availability. 
  • Experience operating customer-facing pilots, including milestone tracking, escalation management, dependency coordination, and readiness planning. 
  • Experience partnering with Director+ level and executive stakeholders and influencing decisions without direct authority. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear executive updates, decisions, and recommendations. 
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, create structure, and maintain momentum with limited supervision. 
  • Experience working with or within Sales, Customer Success, Media, SaaS, or other go-to-market organizations. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous workstreams in a high-growth, performance-focused environment. 
  • Experience with organizational change management is a plus. 
  • MBA, advanced degree, or PMP certification is a plus.
