In this role, you’ll be a trusted legal partner supporting our scripted television series and feature-length motion picture groups. You'll streamline contract workflows, research rights to library properties, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
- Conducting research of rights and third-party obligations for derivative works based on our library properties
- Manage scripted television and film development agreements; conduct periodic audits to ensure legal, contractual, and guild compliance
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and enhance efficiency through automation and standardization, including implementing AI tools to assist with rights research and contract management processes

A day in the life
As a Contracts Manager supporting Amazon MGM Studios, you'll work at the intersection of creative development and legal operations. Your day might include reviewing chain-of-title documentation for a new project, collaborating with attorneys to evaluate rights associated with our library properties, or implementing workflow improvements that reduce contract turnaround time. Beyond routine contract management, you'll explore how automation and emerging tools can solve recurring challenges.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
