About the Role
The SIC Associate Analyst is a key member of the Salesforce Innovation Center HQ team, responsible for delivering exceptional executive customer engagements at our San Francisco center. This role partners with a SIC Strategist on all experiential and logistical support for Strategic Engagements. This is an ideal role for someone who loves being at the center of the action, takes pride in flawless execution, and is excited to grow within an elite executive engagement team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Engagement Support (in partnership with a SIC Strategist)
- Coordinate all experiential and logistical elements for assigned Strategic Engagements, including customer check-in, room setup, catering, space management, and day-of logistics
- Ensure every in-center experience reflects the Salesforce brand standard and creates a memorable, polished impression for C-suite customers
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for experience operations, proactively anticipating and resolving any day-of needs
- Partner with the SIC Strategist throughout the briefing lifecycle to ensure seamless alignment between strategic content and in-room experience
Program Operations
- Track and input data for team metrics and program reporting
- Contribute to team process improvements and operational initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with partner teams as needed
- Work independently, escalating complex decisions as needed
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in event coordination, executive programs, customer-facing roles, or operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple workstreams and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Collaborative mindset and genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce's platform and product portfolio
- Familiarity with AI tools or interest in building AI-enabled workflows
- Experience in a customer briefing center, executive engagement program, or similar environment
- Familiarity with sales processes and go-to-market motions
