The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 Agentic CRM, helping companies become Agentic Enterprises where humans and AI agents drive customer success together. Our trusted platform unifies people, agents, apps, and data so work happens with shared context, governed execution, and continuous intelligence — boosting productivity and deepening every customer relationship.
This Role
We are looking for an exceptional storyteller and product marketing leader to join our dynamic Agentforce Sales team. As our Portfolio Storytelling & Keynote lead, you are the author of our overarching narrative—responsible for building the story of Agentforce Sales and ensuring it lands with conviction on every stage, in every channel, and through every voice. You translate complex product innovation into stories that are human, memorable, and easy to believe in. You build narratives that executives can own and deliver with confidence, that customers can see themselves in, and that analysts and influencers want to amplify. This role demands deep product fluency, creative boldness, and the instinct to know which story to tell - and how to make others tell it just as well.
A significant and exciting aspect of this role is owning our major keynote presentations. You will be the creative force behind the Agentforce Sales narratives delivered on our biggest stages, including Dreamforce, Salesforce World Tours, key third-party events, and internal company-wide gatherings. This requires a rare combination of narrative instincts, creative boldness, and the discipline to bring it all to life under the brightest lights.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Narrative & Storytelling: Own the narrative arc for the entire Agentforce Sales portfolio — not just messaging frameworks, but the story we tell the market about who we are, why it matters, and why now. Develop, evolve, and pressure-test that narrative against real customer reality, competitive dynamics, and business strategy.
Keynote & Executive Presentation Leadership: Lead end-to-end development of high-impact keynotes for Dreamforce, World Tours, and flagship events, including narrative structure, slide creation, scripting, demo integration, and speaker coaching. You don’t just write the story; you help others own it and deliver it with conviction on the biggest stages.
Customer Advocacy: Build a customer storytelling engine — identifying champions, shaping their stories, and activating them across events, case studies, social, and media. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to turn customer wins into market-moving moments that others want to be part of.
Market Influence & Third-Party Advocacy: Cultivate relationships with analysts, influencers, and industry voices to carry the Agentforce Sales narrative beyond owned channels. Develop the programs, content, and proof points that give external voices a story worth telling — and the credibility to tell it.
Narrative Enablement: Serve as the storytelling lead across the broader PMM team — setting the standard, facilitating big idea development, and enabling colleagues to activate the narrative consistently across every channel and medium.
Content & Asset Development: Articulate the Agentforce Sales value proposition across a range of assets, including core pitch decks, messaging and positioning frameworks, customer success stories, event content, and enablement materials to ensure the narrative stays coherent from the keynote stage to the sales floor.
Messaging Activation: Partner closely with Sales Cloud leadership, Product Management, and fellow Product Marketers to translate product capabilities into customer benefits and market-facing stories aligned to business strategy.
Product Launch & GTM Support: Collaborate with product marketing teams on major product launches, ensuring the portfolio narrative is integrated seamlessly into go-to-market strategies.
Market Intelligence: Stay close to market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to continuously sharpen messaging and identify new opportunities for differentiation.
Project Management: Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with the discipline to deliver high-quality output on deadline - without letting process become the story.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field, with a strong focus on enterprise software or SaaS products, preferably within CRM, revenue, and sales technology.
A master storyteller - proven ability to develop narratives that simplify complexity, move audiences, and hold up under scrutiny from customers, analysts, and executives alike.
Demonstrated ability to build a narrative and then transfer ownership of it by coaching executives, colleagues, customers, and partners to deliver it with conviction, not just recite it.
Extensive experience crafting and delivering high-stakes executive presentations, including narrative structure, scripting, slide-building, and speaker preparation for major public stages.
Track record of building customer advocacy: identifying champions, shaping their stories, and activating them in ways that shift market perception.
Experience cultivating relationships with analysts, influencers, and industry voices to extend a brand narrative through third-party channels.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex ideas feel inevitable and simple.
Proven track record of launching products and driving go-to-market strategies in close partnership with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to hold many threads at once without losing sight of the story.
Strategic thinker with a creative edge and genuine passion for the craft of storytelling.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
