Lead the end-to-end development of automation workflows, including design, development,
testing, launch, and continuous improvement
• Possess strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic systems and concepts, with the ability to
integrate these technologies into daily workflows

• Develop deep expertise as a subject matter expert in specific focus areas, serving as the technical
point of contact for your team
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical systems across distributed environments, identifying
root causes and driving resolution
• Build and maintain automation that simplifies workloads at scale, reducing manual effort and
improving accuracy
• Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks for automation workflows
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to identify automation opportunities and
translate business requirements into technical solutions

Relay Product & Tech (RPT) builds the products and technologies that drive Amazon's middle mile network. Our tools are used by Amazon ops and tech teams and external carriers and drivers to enable Amazon and shippers to haul loads safely, reliably, and sustainably at the lowest cost at a global scale. Our teams are global, with over 780 employees across North America, Europe, and India. We proactively monitor processes and operational compliance to continuously increase the effectiveness of Relay's products — providing fast-paced investigation and analytics to protect Customers, Carriers, Drivers, and Amazon globally.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
