The Opportunity
The Tax Analyst will support the foreign tax provision process, working closely with the tax team to prepare, maintain, and roll forward key provision workpapers. This role requires strong Excel skills, along with attention to detail and comfort managing recurring, structured deliverables across multiple entities. Exposure to Tableau, Workday, and AI tools is a plus but not required.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Assist in the preparation of the foreign tax provision, including quarterly and annual computations
Roll over provision workbooks period-over-period, ensuring accuracy and consistency across cycles
Add new legal entities to the provision workpaper as the entity structure evolves
Prepare Uncertain Tax Position (UTP) workpapers, including documentation supporting tax positions
Prepare tax account rollforward workpapers, reconciling beginning and ending balances across periods
Prepare purchase accounting workpapers, and support in integration assessment
Use Tableau and Workday as needed to support data preparation and reconciliation (training provided)
Collaborate with broader tax and accounting teams to ensure timely, accurate provision close
