This role sits within Amazon's Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWRR) organization — an agile, innovative team dedicated to achieving zero cost of returns, zero defects, and zero waste across the lifecycle of returned and damaged products. You will own the product vision and roadmap for tooling that manages, monitors, measures, and de-risks the full launch surface. Central to this is building a real-time signal database that proactively builds on and drives upcoming Next Generation Return Center (NGRC) launch management and other retrofit programs.
About the team
WWRR Supply Chain is where engineering-driven planning meets operational invention. We own the tooling, data infrastructure, and intelligence that powers Amazon's billion-dollar returns portfolio. Our team builds Gen AI-powered products such as real-time OEE signal databases, capacity modeling engines, and predictive planning surfaces. We unify labor planning, supply & demand forecasting, and P&L optimization into a single-surface planning architecture. We design rigorous quantitative research — conjoint analyses, concept testing, and experimentation frameworks — to inform product roadmaps and executive-level investment trade-offs. We bridge network planning, finance, and operations engineering, turning ambiguity into measurable outcomes. Our bar: zero cost, zero defects, zero waste.
