You'll work across all Amazon businesses, advising hiring managers on hiring strategy while building relationships with technical leaders. The candidates you engage will influence decisions affecting billions of customers.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Search Design: Develop multi-channel strategies attracting world-class contributors. Map target companies and research institutions, engage at conferences, and generate referral leads. Build talent networks across technology domains and tap industry sources for ongoing candidate pools.
Talent Advisory: Partner with hiring teams to educate on market trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape. Conduct ongoing company and talent mapping to inform search strategy and deliver market-relevant insights.
Candidate Development: Build candidate pipelines through targeted engagement, screening, and interviews. Guide candidates through the onsite process while coaching hiring teams on best interviewing practices.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
